We take your data very seriously. If you have requested us to reformat your system and to complete a windows reload. We can save all of your data, like pictures, documents, music, iTunes library, QuickBooks data files, Outlook data files, or anything of importance you request. Typically everything is kept within your user profile. Occasionally some software may store your data somewhere other than your user profile. It is imperative you let us know if you think you have stored any of this data in another place on your system.
If you’re hard drive has been damaged and requires data recovery this requires us to perform additional procedures and can be very time intensive. Please see below costs for data recovery options.
